Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2, 2026

The short version

Dylluar Labs is a single-page website. We don't have user accounts, forms, payments, or a database. The only data we collect comes from Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visit the site and what devices they use. That's it.

Who we are

Dylluar Labs builds digital products — SaaS platforms, iOS applications, and provides technical consulting. This policy applies to the website at dylluarlabs.com.

For questions about this policy, email us at contact@dylluarlabs.com.

What we collect

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site traffic. GA4 automatically collects:

  • Page views — which pages are visited and for how long
  • Device information — browser type, operating system, screen size
  • Approximate location — country and city level, derived from your IP address
  • Referral data — how you found the site (search engine, direct link, etc.)
  • Interaction events — clicks, scrolls, and outbound link clicks

GA4 does not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifying information through our site. Google may process your IP address to determine approximate location, but GA4 does not store full IP addresses.

What we don't collect

  • No names, email addresses, or contact details (our "Get in Touch" button opens your own email client)
  • No payment or financial information
  • No user accounts or passwords
  • No form submissions of any kind
  • No tracking pixels from Facebook, LinkedIn, or other ad networks

Cookies

The only cookies on this site are set by Google Analytics. These are:

  • _ga — Distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_* — Maintains session state. Expires after 2 years.

We do not set any first-party cookies. There are no advertising cookies, no social media cookies, and no third-party tracking cookies beyond GA4.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of services to operate this site:

  • Google Analytics 4 — Website analytics. Google's Privacy Policy
  • Vercel — Website hosting and delivery. Vercel processes requests to serve our site and may collect standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps). Vercel's Privacy Policy
  • Google Fonts — Typography. Fonts are downloaded at build time and served directly from our domain. No requests are made to Google's servers when you visit the site.

Your choices

You can control the data collected from your visit:

  • Block cookies — Configure your browser to block third-party cookies or all cookies from this domain
  • Google Analytics opt-out — Install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
  • Do Not Track — We respect browser Do Not Track signals

Data retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. We do not export or store analytics data in any other system.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data:

If you're in the EU/EEA (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and port your data. Our legal basis for processing analytics data is legitimate interest — understanding how visitors interact with our site to improve it.

If you're in California (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@dylluarlabs.com.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Given how little data we collect, changes are unlikely to be significant.
